We are a small , friendly, family run business, able to offer you a personal service which will give you peace of mind and your pet the love and care that will ensure their routine and well being is disrupted as little as possible.

When you board a dog who provides the food?

We ask the client to provide the food plus any other comforters that helps your dog to settle and maintain a routine.

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

A maximum of four dogs would be walked at any one time but often there are just two dogs walked together ensuring that full control is maintained full at all times and we all have fun.

Do you do one to one dog walking?

We do one to one dog walking normally for 30 minutes plus difficult dogs can be walked by arrangement

Where do you walk the dogs?

We can walk your dog on their daily walk route or we often walk the dogs in the New Forest National Park or on the beach.

How long do your visits last?

Our home visits last at least 20 minutes or longer if required depending on the number animals requiring feeding.

How many times a day do you recommend pet feeding visits?

We insist on one visit a day and recommend two this ensures that your pets are well looked after.

Can you give my pet medication?

We are able to administer tablet form of medication

What happens in case of emergency?

In the event of an emergency your pet would be taken to the local vet and you would be contacted as soon as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes Groovy Pet Services are fully insured.

What area does Groovy Pet Services Cover?

Groovy Pet Services currently operates in the New Forest National Park and Southampton and Waterside area.
